The Board of Directors at its meeting held today has inter-alia: i)recommended to the shareholders, to appoint Mr. Chetan Rameshchandra Desai (DIN: 03595319), aged 75, years as a Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company for a consecutive term of 5 years w.e.f 29 April, 2026, not liable to retire by rotation. ii)approved the postal ballot notice to seek the approval of the shareholders for the appointment of Mr. Chetan Rameshchandra Desai as Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company.
