The Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the company by the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Person and Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain close with effect from 1st October 2023 till completion of 48 hours (both days inclusive) after the declaration of Unaudited financial results by the Company for the second quarter and half year ending 30th September 2023.
