This is to inform you that pursuant to the code of fair disclosure, internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders ("the code") of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, "The Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the company by Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Person and Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain close with effect from 1st January, 2025 till completion of 48 hours (both days inclusive) after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results by the company for the Quarter and nine month ended 31st December 2024. The date of Board meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Unaudited Financial results for the Quarter and Nine month ended 31st December, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
