Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, 08th November, 2024 to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results ('UFR') based on IND-AS for the quarter and nine months ended December, 31 2024, as recommended by the Audit Committee, alongwith the Auditors' unqualified Limited Review Report for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
