We have examined all Share Transfer Deed, Memorandum of Transfer, Registers , Files and Other documents relating to SETUBANDHAN INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED in CIRP Process (Formerly known as Prakash Constrowell Limited) maintained by its Registrar and Transfer Agent M/s BIGSHARE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED pertaining to transfer of Equity Shares of the Company for the period from 1st April, 2022 to 31st March, 2023 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate under Regulation40(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligation ad Disclosure Requirements) Regulation , 2015 and based on the information provided by the Company / RTA, we hereby certify that: A. There was no transfer, transmission or tranposition of securities, deletion of name or name change, duplicate, consolidation, sub-division (split) and renewal received during the financial year ended March 31, 2023.
