In continuation to our letter dated 27th September, 2025, regarding the closure of Trading Window from 01st October, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Half Year ended 30th September, 2025, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window shall remain closed till 16th November, 2025 (both inclusive days) for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives.
