Pursuant to clause 4(2) of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI), the trading for dealing in the securities of Containe Technologies Limited (''the Company'') will remain closed from start of business hours of 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and financial year ended 31st March, 2025 for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all concerned persons covered under the said code.
