Outcome of Board Meeting- The Board deferred the consideration and approval of unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ended March 31,2026, pending closure of certain matters and approved appointment of Mr. Amit Gupta as CFO and KMP in place of Mr. Anil Kaul. The fresh date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the unaudited results will be intimated in due course.
