In this connection please find attached herewith: a) The Un-audited Consolidated Financial Results and Limited Review Report issued by M/s S.R Batliboi & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors, for the Quarter ended June 30, 2020. b) The Un-audited Standalone Financial Results and Limited Review Report issued by M/s S.R Batliboi & Associates LLP Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors, for the Quarter ended June 30, 2020. 2. Issue of Non-convertible Debentures - The matter is deferred to the next meeting of the Board. 3.
