1. The Audit Committee has revrewed the above results and the Board of Directors has approved the above results at their respective meetlng held on 29th June, 2021.



2. The company has analysed all the parameters associated with the risk due to Covid-19 and has asesed that covid-19 and the business changes thereafter will have no material impact on the going concern of the company.



3. Figures of three months ended March 31,2021 and March 31,2020 are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published year to date figures upto the third quarter of the respective financial year
