Adjournment of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 due to the want of quorum and adjournment of the Audit Committee Meeting for the want of quorum which was scheduled to be held on November 14, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. for consideration and recommendation to the Board the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half-Year ended September 30, 2020. The adjourned Audit Committee Meeting and Board Meeting for consideration and approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 will be held on November 21, 2020 at 3.00 p.m. at the Corporate Office of the Company (i.e. on the same day in the next week, at the same time and place).
