This is further to the announcement made by the Company on 06th March, 2019 regarding sanctioning of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Ayepee Lamitubes Limited ('ALL' or 'the Transferor Company') with Solid Containers Limited ('SCL' or 'the Transferee Company') and their respective shareholders ('the Scheme') by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ('NCLT') on 08th February, 2019 which has been made effective by filing the certified copy of order of the Hon'ble (NCLT), Mumbai Bench on 22nd March 2019 with the Registrar of Companies / Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The SCL ('Transferee company') has fixed Friday, 05th April 2019 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement for issue of equity shares of the SCL ('the Transferee Company') to the shareholders of ALL ('Transferor Company') in the proportion of their holding in ALL.
