V.N. Purohit & Co. Chartered Accountants, for the year ended 31st March,2025. The Board has recommended a Dividend @ 10% per share i.e. Rs.1 Per Share /- (Rupees One only) per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up for the Financial Year 2024-25, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company. The Board Meeting commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 02:25 p.m.
