Intimation under Regulation 30 read with clause 16(f) of Para A of Part A of schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations , 2015-COC in its 1st meeting held on 03-09-2026, pursuant to Section 22(2) of IBC, 2016 unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Raghunath Bhandari as Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor.
