Commodity Trading & Distribution company Adani Enterprises announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total income at Rs. 33,546 crore, up by 50% YoY EBITDA at Rs. 5,642 crore, up by 49% YoY Profit Before Tax stands at Rs. 1,295 crore (excluding OFAC settlement of Rs. 2,644 crore Adani Airports EBITDA increased by 49% YoY to Rs. 1,633 crore With capacity ramp up, Copper business adds EBITDA of Rs. 749 crore for the quarter Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for Q1FY27 stood at Rs (8.91), compared to Rs 7.12 in Q1FY26 and Rs (0.81) in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations stood at Rs 5,939.89 crore in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 5,877.52 crore for Q1FY26 Total income stood at Rs 8,823.40 crore in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 6,370.82 crore for Q1FY26 PAT stood at Rs -890.34 crore in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 493.85 crore for Q1FY26 Business Highlights Segment Revenue Performance (Q1FY27): Integrated Resources Management: Rs 7,325.98 crore, a decline of 7.02% YoY. Mining Services: Rs 1,154.83 crore, a marginal growth of 0.11% YoY. Commercial Mining: Rs 1,795.15 crore, reflecting a growth of 62.03% YoY. New Energy Ecosystem: Rs 3,903.32 crore, a decrease of 2.01% YoY. Airport: Rs 3,670.94 crore, representing a growth of 35.12% YoY. Road: Rs 769.64 crore, a decline from Rs 2,167.88 crore YoY. Copper: Rs 10,710.48 crore, a significant increase from Rs 536.57 crore in Q1FY26. Exceptional Item: The company entered into a settlement agreement with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) on May 14, 2026, paying a settlement amount of Rs 2,644.02 crore (USD 275.00 million). Capital Raising: Subsequent to the quarter end, the company completed a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) raising Rs 15,000 crore by allotting 5,20,29,136 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 2,883 per share. Corporate Restructuring: A Composite Scheme of Arrangement for the amalgamation of Adani Green Technology Limited and Adani Emerging Business Private Limited with the company became effective from April 1, 2026. Board Appointment: On the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Ms. Anju Abrol was appointed as an Independent Director for a first term of 3 years effective July 29, 2026. Subsidiary Matters: Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL) is currently involved in legal proceedings initiated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the CBI regarding alleged misuse of funds totaling Rs 845.76 crore.
