Gemmia Oiltech (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 23, 2015, has approved the following:- The Board has approved for extension of time to hold the Annual General Meeting of the Company for a period of three months upto December 31, 2015 under Section 93 of the Companies Act, 2013.
