S.P. Gidugu & Co. Based on the shareholders' approval through postal ballot, the Board decided to conduct a meeting of Board of Directors on Monday, the January 6, 2025 at registered office, to consider and approve, inter alia, the un-audited financial results of the quarters June 2023, September 2023, December 2023 respectively and audited financial results March 2024.
