KGN INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, we hereby informing you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2019, inter alia, to:- (a) Approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Result of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019; (b) Any other business, to be approved by Chair. We, further, reiterated that the trading window of the Company will be closed from 1st April 2019 till 48 hours after financial result for Financial Year ended on March 31, 2019, are made public.
