This is to inform you that the 12th AGM of Valencia Nutrition Limited will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 11:00a.m. in hybrid mode in person and also virtually through VC or OAVM. The Register of Members & Share Transfer book of the Company will be closed from Saturday, September 20, 2025 to Saturday, September 27, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of said AGM. The record date (cut-off date) is Saturday, September 20, 2025.
