    India could see the introduction of more Range Rover limited edition trims, specially curated for the country, to cater to the diverse set of customers in the market, according to a top company executive. The brand is looking at enhancing its presence as it anticipates growth in the Indian market with the number of high-net-worth individuals expected to rise at a fast clip by the end of this decade. In an interaction with PTI here, the global Managing Director of the Range Rover brand Martin Limpert said that with localisation to a certain extent, the brand has been able to offer products for customers seeking value for money. Under its House of Brands positioning, Jaguar Land Rover plans to develop individual growth strategies for its four brands -- Jaguar, Range Rover, Discovery, and Defender, each catering to a specific audience and retail landscape.     Belrise Industries IPO subscribed 41.3 times on last day of offer

    The initial public offer of automotive components maker Belrise Industries got subscribed 41.30 times on the closing day of bidding on Friday, helped by encouraging participation from institutional buyers. The Rs 2,150-crore initial share sale received bids for 7,31,30,36,542 shares against 17,70,58,824 shares on offer, according to data available with the NSE. The category for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) received 108.35 times subscription while the quota for non-institutional investors got subscribed 38.33 times. The portion for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) fetched 4.27 times subscription. Belrise Industries on Tuesday garnered Rs 645 crore from anchor investors. The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of equity shares with no offer for sale (OFS) component, according to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP). The issue has a price band of Rs 85-90 per share. Going by the prospectus, the company intends to utilise proceeds worth Rs 1,618 crore for the payment of debt.

    Ola Electric begins deliveries of Roadster X electric motorcycles

    Ola Electric on Friday said it has commenced deliveries of its Roadster X portfolio of motorcycles, along with offers worth Rs 10,000 for the first 5,000 customers. The prices of the Roadster X series start at Rs 99,999 for the 2.5kWh variant, Rs 1,09,999 for the 3.5kWh variant, and Rs 1,24,999 for the 4.5kWh model, the company said in a statement. Roadster X+ 4.5kWh is priced at Rs 1,29,999, while the Roadster X+ 9.1kWh (with 4680 Bharat Cell) that has a range of 501 km/charge, is priced at Rs 1,99,999, it added. "The Roadster X is a bold leap, marking our entry into the motorcycling segment. The Roadster X is designed, engineered, and built in India, for a generation that wants to ride the bike of the future," Ola Electric Chairman and MD, Bhavish Aggarwal, said. With deliveries starting today, the Roadster X would unlock the true potential of EVs in the two-wheeler category, accelerating EV adoption and penetration, he added.
