Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, Please find enclosed herewith Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31.12.2024 along with Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company as approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 14.02.2025.

The Board of Directors of Haryana Financial Corporation at its meeting held on 13.02.2025 have inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2024 alongwith limited Review Report. The meeting of Board of Directors of the Corporation had commenced at 11:00 AM on 13.02.2025 and concluded on 12:00 Noon on 13.02.2025.
