In compliance with Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., Monday, October 19, 2026, commenced at 4:30 P.M. and concluded at 5:00 P.M. The primary agenda of the meeting was to consider, approve, and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report (LRR) to be issued by the Statutory Auditors. However, as the Limited Review Report has not yet been received from the Statutory Auditors, the Board of Directors, with the consent of all members present, has decided to adjourn the meeting. The adjourned Board Meeting will now be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. at the Registered Office of the company to inter-alia consider and approve the said Unaudited Financial Results and the Limited Review Report.
