Outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on October 23, 2026: Approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2026; Declaration of an Interim Dividend of ?0.50/- per equity share of face value ?10/- each, i.e., @ 5% of the paid-up value per share, for the financial year 2026-27.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that in the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Nalin Lease Finance Limited held today, i.e. 23rd October, 2026, commenced from 01:00 p.m. and concluded at 1:30 p.m., inter alia, the Board considered and approved the following: The Board has considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September, 2026 as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure - A.
