The Board of Directors have decided the following at their Meeting held on 14.08.2026: A) Board decided to conduct 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company on 30th September at 3.00 PM. through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio- Visual Means ('OAVM'). B) Board decided to close the Register of Members from 23rd September, 2026 to 30th September, 2026 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. C) Board considered and approved the Un- Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.

Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure) Regulations, 2015, the board of directors of CCL International Limited in their meeting held today i.e. 14th August, 2026, where proper quorum in accordance of the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 was present, in which Board has inter-alia, approved the following matter: 1. Considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended 30th June, 2026 as recommended by the Audit Committee, along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The meeting commenced at 5.00 P.M and concluded at 6.00 PM. The aforesaid information is disclosed on the website of the company i.e. www.cclil.com and also disclosed on the BSE Site i.e. www.bseindia.com.
