The non-filing of consolidated results was caused due to ambiguity in the interpretation of SEBI Circular and as requested by you for submission of consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2019 a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held on 3 September, 2019 & considered & approved the Unaudited Financial Results (consolidated) for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2019, in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and IND Accounting Standards.
