Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held on Wednesday, 12th August, 2026 at the Unit II of the Company situated at Village Sejvaya, Dhar Road, Ghatabillod, District Dhar, (M.P.) in which the Board has taken the following decisions including other items as per the agenda of the meeting:- 1. Approval of the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2026. 2. Outcome of Board Meeting held on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve unaudited standalone and consolidate financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 and other matters.
Pursuant to the Regulations 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations the Board of Directors, inter alia, considered and approved: 1. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. 2. Appointment of M/s. AHSP & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditors. 3. To obtain the approval of shareholders of the Company at the AGM to get an authority to raise funds by issuing securities by way on a private placement basis. 4. The record date as Monday, September 14, 2026, for determining the eligibility of Members of the Company to vote on resolution to be passed at AGM and to receive the final dividend. 5. Draft Notice convening AGM of the Company to be held on Monday, September 21, 2026, through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM'). The trading window for trading in securities of the Company will open on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
