The Board of Directors of Automobile Products of India Limited at its meeting held today, viz. Wednesday, August 12, 2026, has inter-alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
In pursuance of Regulation 33 read with regulation 30 if SEBI(LODR), Regulations, 2015 we are sending herewith the texual matter of Unaudited Financial Results(Standalone) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 with Auditors'' Limited Review Report which is scheduled for publication in (i) Makkal Kural-in Tamil (ii) Business Standard-in English.
