Considered and approved the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. 2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Shahbaz Khan as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) and Nodal Officer of the Company with effect from February 13, 2025.
