This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today i.e. 14th November, 2025 has considered and approved the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report of the auditors thereon

Unaudited Financial Results for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 is attached herewith.

The Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e., on November 14 ,2025 has considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with Limited Review Report of the company for the second quarter and the half year ended on September 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 Un-Audited Financial Result for the second quarter ended as on 30th September, 2025 have been taken on record by the Board of Directors in their meeting held today.
