Ujaas Energy has received an order from Indraprastha Power Generation Co. Ltd (IPGCL) to implement grid-connected rooftop solar PV systems of 669 Kwp. The contract requires implementation under a capex model, across selected GNCTD schools, as well as selected government buildings in Delhi. 

The company informed BSE that it recently sold off its Hong Kong subsidiary, Ujaas Energy HK. The turnover of the subsidiary as of FY16 was nil. The buyer, the company said, is unrelated to the promoters and not part of the promoter group. 

The company's share price is trending slightly above its 200 day SMA. While the company's income remains small, it has been profitable for the last three quarters of FY17.
