Hubtown Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to consider inter-alia, the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider recommendation of dividend on equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2015, scheduled to be held on May 12, 2015 has been rescheduled and the revised date for the aforesaid Board Meeting will be intimated to the Exchange in due course.
