Consumer Electronics company Voltas announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: The company reported a Total Income of Rs 4,764.74 crore in Q1FY27, representing a growth of 18.51% compared to Rs 4,020.65 crore in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, Total Income decreased by 3.36% from Rs 4,930.46 crore in Q4FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Consolidated PBT for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 285.46 crore, marking a YoY increase of 40.82% from Rs 202.72 crore. This was a 54.72% growth over the Rs 184.50 crore recorded in Q4FY26. Net Profit (PAT): Net Profit attributable to owners of the company was Rs 213.76 crore for Q1FY27, growing by 52.19% YoY from Rs 140.46 crore in Q1FY26 and 84.00% QoQ from Rs 116.18 crore in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: Total Comprehensive Income for Q1FY27 was Rs 398.40 crore, compared to Rs 187.60 crore in Q1FY26 and a loss of Rs 107.15 crore in Q4FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS for Q1FY27 increased to Rs 6.46, compared to Rs 4.25 in Q1FY26 and Rs 3.51 in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: Standalone Total Income was Rs 4,165.36 crore in Q1FY27, a YoY growth of 28.81% from Rs 3,233.79 crore and a QoQ growth of 8.92% from Rs 3,824.28 crore in Q4FY26. Net Profit: The standalone Net Profit for Q1FY27 reached Rs 280.47 crore, up 37.84% from Rs 203.48 crore in Q1FY26 and up 241.20% from Rs 82.20 crore in Q4FY26. Full Year Performance: For the full year ended FY26, the standalone entity reported a Total Income of Rs 10,836.79 crore and a Net Profit of Rs 340.98 crore. Business Highlights: Unitary Cooling Products (UCP) Segment: The segment delivered a robust revenue growth of 32.28% YoY, reaching Rs 3,793.51 crore in Q1FY27. Segment results nearly doubled to Rs 201.62 crore from Rs 104.37 crore in Q1FY26. Room Air Conditioner (RAC) volumes grew by 45% YoY. Voltas achieved a 17.3% secondary market share in RACs for the period, widening its lead over the nearest competitor to 4 percentage points. Sales Milestone: The company sold 1 million Room Air Conditioners in just 81 days during the current quarter. Voltbek Performance: Voltbek recorded its highest-ever quarterly sales in both value and volume. It achieved a year-to-date market share of 9.4% in Washing Machines and 7.4% in Refrigerators. Electro-Mechanical Projects and Services Segment: Segment revenue stood at Rs 671.81 crore in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 921.83 crore in Q1FY26. The carry-forward order book for this segment was over Rs 6,345 crore as of June 30, 2026. Engineering Products and Services Segment: This segment recorded revenue of Rs 158.85 crore in Q1FY27, up from Rs 135.44 crore in Q1FY26. The Mining and Construction Equipment Division and the Textile Machinery Division both delivered double-digit growth.
