The Board of Director of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. July 17, 2025 inter alia considered and recommend for issue of bonus shares in the ration of 2:1 to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on record date, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company by Capitalization of Capital Redemption Reserve and / or Securities Premium and / or General Reserve.
