We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today i.e. Monday, April 28, 2025, have approved the purchase of land parcel admeasuring 3 acres owned by Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Limited (AEGCL), at a consideration of Rs. 30 Crores, situated at Sarusajai Electrical Sub-station, Guwahati, Assam for setting up of super specialty Hospital.
