In continuation of our letter dated 12.03.2025 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), it is to inform that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, 19th March, 2025 (meeting commenced at 06.00 P.M. and concluded at 07.15 P.M.) had inter-alia considered and approved borrowing plan for raising of debt upto Rs.6300 Crore during FY 2025-26 through Secured/ unsecured, redeemable, Taxable, Non-Cumulative, Non- Convertible Corporate Bonds in one or more Series/ Tranches on private placement basis and/or raising of Term Loans/ External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) in suitable tranches.
