Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, this is to inform you that the Company has received an intimation regarding the Resignation of Amita Desai & Co., Company Secretaries, Mumbai ("the Firm"), as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company on March 03, 2025. The Resignation is due to the surrender of the Certificate of Practice by the proprietor of the firm, Ms. Amita Desai, held as a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
