Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligation Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, the Board of Directors has considered and approved the alteration of capital clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, pursuant to sub-division or split of the equity shares of the Company, subject to the approval of the members.
