NLC's buyback offer, which will open on March 6 and continue till March 20, will be at the rale of Rs. 99 per Equity Share payable in cash.
The total offer, not exceeding Rs 1476.49 crore, and 14.91 crore equity shares, represents 9.9% and 9.99% of the company's fully paid-up share capital and free reserves for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
