Nazara Technologies Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/09/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve To consider and if thought fit, approve raising of funds by issuance of equity shares/ securities of the Company on a preferential basis, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the rules notified thereunder, each as amended and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended and such other acts, rules and regulations as may be applicable, and to approve the ancillary actions for the above mentioned fund raising including the notice to shareholders for seeking their approval, subject to any regulatory/ statutory approvals, as may be required and the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
