Easy Trip Planners Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/08/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In continuation to the outcome of the Company's Board Meeting held on July 31, 2023 inter alia in respect of the proposed acquisition of 51% of the aggregate paid-up share capital of three Indian companies and proposed preferential issue of the Company, please be informed that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 07, 2023 at 01:00 P.M. through audio-video conferencing facility to, inter alia, consider and approve: (a) the proposal for issuance of fully paid equity shares of the Company to the selling shareholders of the said three Indian companies through preferential issue; and (b) proposed preferential issue of the Company, both subject to the applicable regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required including without limitation the approval of shareholders of the Company.
