Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today, July 10, 2023 had approved the appointment of Mr. Abhijit Chakravorty as Nominee Director and Managing Director & CEO of the Company w.e.f. August 12, 2023 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
