Dewan Housing Finance (DHFL) announces Q3FY17 results, revenues up 25.5%

Dewan Housing Finance Limited, the real-estate loan provider, released its Q3FY17 results with a bumper revenue number of Rs. 2365.5 crore,  up 25.5% from the same quarter last year. Profits for the company were up 31.6% to Rs. 244.7 crore.

The revenues for this quarter also includes income from mutual fund operations, and profits from the sale of company investments. Loans sanctioned in thie December quarter are up 2% from the previous year. Disbursements increased 10%.
