This is to inform you that company has received In-Principle Approval from Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) for the migration of equity shares of the company from BSE SME platform to the Mainboard platform of BSE. Also, please note that we will be applying for Final Listing Approval to BSE in near coming future.
