The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23 Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI LODR, the following are enclosed herewith a) Statement showing the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2023. b) Auditors' Report on the Audited Financial Results with unmodified opinion- Standalone and Consolidated. 2)Recommendation of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 43 of the SEBI LODR, recommended final dividend of Rs. 6.86 per equity share in addition to the interim dividend of Rs.9.10 per equity shares paid earlier for FY 2022-23, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
