Advance Syntex announces bonus issue: The Board of Directors of Advance Syntex had on November 14, 2016, recommended a bonus issue in the ratio of 3:20. The bonus issue was subsequently approved by the shareholders at their December 16 EGM. 

The Directors, at the meeting held today on January 07, have allotted 11,87,199 bonus equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each, to equity shareholders eligible for the issue (with Jan 5 the record date for determining eligibility).
