February 9, 2024 upto January 31, 2026. Further, the Board of Directors of the Company: - has not recommended any dividend on the listed securities, viz the Equity Shares of the Company. - has approved payment of dividend of Re.1/- per share on the unlisted security viz. Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares, amounting to Rs.1,600/- in accordance with the terms of their issue.
