Promoter selling Swaraj Auto shares: b4S Solution, a promoter of Swaraj Automotives Limited, has proposed to sell 230,002 equity shares of face value of 10/- each representing 9.59% of the share capital of the Company on day of the OFS through a sale on the separate window provided by BSE Limited. The sale shall take place on a separate window of the Stock Exchanges on January 5, commencing at 9:15 am and closing at 3:30 pm on the same date. 

The floor price for the sale is Rs. 160/share.
