In continuation to our earlier announcements dated March 27, 2023 and in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that our Company has received Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MORT&H) (the 'Authority') on 21st April 2023 for the Project as mentioned in Annexure. Additional details of the Project pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, are mentioned in Annexure. We request you to take note of the same.
