With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that, upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company on March 16, 2023 has approved the appointment of Dr. Nitish Shetty as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aster DM Healthcare Ltd - India (not in the capacity of KMP) effect from March 16, 2023. Dr. Nitish Shetty who has been in leadership positions across various healthcare organizations joined Aster as CEO of Aster CMI Hospital, Bengaluru in 2014 . He was later promoted as the Regional Director, Aster Hospitals (Karnataka and Maharashtra cluster) & Aster Labs. Based on the recommendations of the NRC and the Board of Directors he is now being elevated to the role of CEO of Aster DM Healthcare Ltd - India. Dr. Nitish Shetty is a strong healthcare services professional with an M.D in Hospital Administration from KMC Manipal and MBBS from M.R Medical College. His profile is enclosed as Annexure - I.
