With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that Mahindra Bangladesh Private Limited ('MBPL'), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited ('M&M'), had convened the final extra ordinary general meeting of its shareholders on 14th March, 2023 and approved the final voluntary winding up of MBPL. Hence, MBPL has been liquidated and has ceased to be in existence with effect from 14th March, 2023. Pursuant to the above, MBPL has ceased to be a Subsidiary of the Company with effect from 14th March, 2023.
